Q: How do I find my PS&R ID and password?
A: PS&R IDs and passwords were mailed to all CFOs in a letter dated June 12, 2003. Please check with your CFO for a copy of that letter. Please use the contact information below if you do not have a copy of that letter. We will provide the ID and password to providers.
Q: How do I access the PS&R reports page?
A: On the PS&R User Login page, enter your assigned PS&R ID, tab over and enter your National Government Services, Inc.-assigned password and click "Login".
Q: Can I change my password?
A: No. If you need a new password you must contact our office. Please refer to the contact information below.
Q: What if I forget my password?
A: Contact our office for assistance. Please refer to the contact information below.
Q: Are the PS&R Login ID and passwords case sensitive?
A: No.
Q: How do I get Adobe Acrobat Reader to print the PS&R reports?
A: If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on the Adobe icon located on the previous page to download the free software.
Q: When will the hardcopy PS&R reports stop being mailed?
A: Effective January 1, 2004, National Government Services, Inc. ceased mailing hardcopy PS&R summary reports to providers. Providers must retrieve their summary reports from this web site unless they can demonstrate that this creates a hardship. Please forward your concerns in writing via one of the contact methods listed below.
