Individuals may use the ARU for information relating to either Part A or Part B of the Medicare Program.   Part A services - include those provided by hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and end stage renal disease facilities. Part B services - are those provided by physicians and independent laboratories. If you are a beneficiary please have your Medicare card and any applicable dates of service available at the time of your call. If you are a provider please have the patient's health insurance claim number and any applicable dates of service available at the time of your call.
