What is Health Talk?

Health Talk is a semimonthly radio show, which airs on the first and third Saturday of each month. This radio show aims to answer the questions of Medicare participants, as well as those who are interested in the Medicare program. Who is Katherine Dunphy?

Katherine Dunphy, a highly regarded expert in Medicare, is the Assistant Vice President, Medicare B Beneficiary & Professional Relations at Empire Medicare Services.

She is responsible for Medicare external relations with beneficiaries, physicians, and Congressional offices in downstate New York and New Jersey, including provider education, customer service, EDI marketing and support for the medical community.

Katherine has over 20 years of experience in Medicare administration, and has earned various awards for the service that she has provided to the community as well as to Empire Medicare Services. Her involvement in training and implementation of Physician Payment Reform, HIPAA, and the Medicare Modernization Act are just a few of the projects that have made her such a prestigious figure in the world of Medicare.
