This is a directory of software vendors, billing services, or clearinghouses that are successful in submitting EDI transactions to Empire Medicare Services from themselves or their software is being used by providers. This is a resource for any EMS provider that is looking for information and products to become an electronic submitter. There are two options for software certification testing: 1) Direct testing from the vendor 2) Through use of a beta provider(s).The certification process may include testing multiple provider numbers along with bill types. If the certification is for clearinghouse services only, the certification will be at the syntax level only. Software certification includes policy based on the claims system front-end editing as well as syntax. This directory does contain information that was previously reported on the Vendors Certified for ANSI ASC X12N Table. For values of the fields please view the legend at the bottom of the table.
