Inquiries sent to this address should pertain to electronic issues for Medicare only.

Due to the provisions of the Privacy Act, we will respond to inquiries meeting the following criteria:

• The inquiry is from a Medicare provider or a provider's billing service for which Empire Medicare Services is the fiscal intermediary or carrier.
• The provider name and/or number are included in the inquiry.
• The submitter EIN must be included when the inquiry is from a billing service.
• The name and telephone number of the person submitting the inquiry are included.

NOTE: Please do not include Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, personal medical information, or other confidential items in your E-Mail inquiry. If you have a question about a specific claim, please call or write to our office.

If the source of the inquiry can not be determined, a return message will be sent requesting identification of the inquirer.
