Evaluation and Management Documentation Guidelines Training - Now Offered Monthly… Save These Dates!!!

Beginning September, 2007, the National Government Services, Inc. Provider Outreach & Education Team will offer regularly scheduled Evaluation and Management Documentation Guidelines training. This training will be available to all providers in National Government Services service areas.

The Evaluation and Management Documentation Guidelines Teleconference offers an interactive approach to acquiring the skills needed for selecting correct Evaluation and Management codes and for applying the necessary documentation to support these codes. Providers will be offered an organized, systematic method for developing and refining these techniques through the use of a Code Selection Guide and actual documentation examples.
