Cranial Computerized Tomography (CCT) Scans Local Coverage Determination (LCD) Revision
National Government Services has revised the Cranial Computerized Tomography (CCT) Scans LCD related to reconsideration for the following contracts: 00450 (L16256); 00452 (L16262); 00453 (L16264); and 00454 (L16266). The following are the ICD-9-CM codes to be added as medically reasonable and necessary. The effective date is December 1, 2007.
