Mepivacaine Reimbursement
Mepivacaine hydrochloride, 10ml (HCPCS code J0670) is an anesthetic used for local infiltration and regional anesthesia, such as nerve blocks and epidurals. Reimbursement for this anesthetic is included in the practice expense for other services performed on the same day, and is therefore not separately payable.
