As part of the current consolidation of LCDs within National Government Services Medicare contracts, National Government Services New York and New Jersey (Medicare Part B) will retire the Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs) listed below, effective November 30, 2007. These retired New York and New Jersey LCDs will be superseded by the consolidated LCDs listed in the last column, effective December 1, 2007.
