Retired Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs) August 31, 2007
National Government Services for New York and New Jersey Medicare Part B will retire the Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs) listed below, effective August 31, 2007.
All local policy rules, requirements, and limitations within these policies will no longer be applied on a prepay basis; however, as for all services billed to this contractor, the service(s) addressed by these policies may be subject to post pay review. All Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services national policy rules, requirements and limitations remain in effect.
