Part A Premium if you or your spouse have more than 40 quarters of Medicare-covered employment

0

Part A Premium for people having 30-39 quarters of Medicare-covered employment

$226/month

Part A Premium for people not otherwise eligible for premium-free hospital insurance and have fewer than 30 quarters of Medicare-covered employment

$410/month

Beginning on January 1, 2007, the Part B premium will be based on the income of the beneficiary. Below are the CY 2007 Part B premium amounts based on beneficiary income:
