Empire Shutdown of
Professional Claim Submissions in Non-HIPAA Compliant
Formats Through OMNIPROSM
Empire Medicare Services will no longer support claim
entry, claim corrections, and claim inquiry functions
used in conjunction with the OMNIPROSM online
systems.
Effective February 11, 2005, the
OMNIPROSM online system for Medicare Part B,
Blue Shield, and QuicklinkSM claim entry,
claim corrections, and inquiry functions will no longer
be available.
The following selections will be removed from the
OMNIPROSM Main Menu:
- Medical Quicklink (Selection 4)
- UB-92/Quicklink (Selection 10)
- New York State Service Center (Selection 11)
NOTE: Empire Utilities, 837 to UB92 Correction
Utilities, and Medicare Part A will remain on the
OMNIPROSM systems.
