The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has compiled a Job Aids Web page for your convenience. Job aids are information tools to assist Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to answer inquiries. The site will display a variety of topics, and its content will be especially useful to call center management including supervisors, trainers, quality assurance staff, and CSRs who handle matters related to Medicare providers.
