Attention all Medicare Part B New York Providers: Due to
the EDI Gateway migration we would like to inform you that any requests for
EDI Enrollment will be held effective Monday, November 12, 2007 until Monday,
November 26, 2007. Requests for electronic 835 remittances and new electronic
Submitter Applications that were received since Monday, October 29, 2007,
remain on hold and will be processed once the freeze has been lifted. Any
of the new electronic Submitter Applications received will be processed to
assign a new M2 Submitter Number. The assignment of the new M2 Submitter
Number will require that there is access to the National Government Services
Data Center located in Shelbyville, KY. We will no longer assign logons for
use with e-Link. During this timeframe, if you submit any of these forms
and requests, they will not be processed until the hold is lifted. At that
time, EDI Customer Support will process these requests as quickly as possible.
