EDI Gateway Migration – Claims Confirmation Report 11/16/07

Attention All Electronic Medicare Submitters: Once you start to submit your 837 transaction sets with your new M2 Submitter Number one of the new reports you will receive back is the Claims Confirmation Report (CCR) also referred to as the GenResponse Report. The CCR will explain to the submitter the status of their 837 transaction set. As a reference tool please link to this documentation that will assist you with the information displayed on the report.
