M2 Migration Teleconferences―M2 Gateway Migration Deadline Extended Until February 15, 2007

National Government Services, Inc. has extended the deadline for all current electronic trading partners to migrate to our new electronic gateway. The deadline is now scheduled for February 15, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. EST.

The migration of all providers and electronic trading partners began in October 2007 and was originally scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2007. All providers and electronic trading partners must now be migrated by February 15, 2008.

M2 Migration Teleconferences

In an effort to assist our providers and trading partners, National Government Services has scheduled a series of M2 Migration Teleconferences in which EDI staff will answer your specific questions and provide you with a better understanding of M2 migration process.

The conferences are scheduled for consecutive Thursdays, beginning on January 3, 2008. Each 90-minute session begins at 10:00 a.m. EST. To participate in these conferences, call (800) 311-4678 and provide the operator with the Conference ID and the topic listed below.

In an effort to answer as many inquiries as possible from our provider community, we are asking you to submit your questions about the M2 migration to us prior to the teleconference. This will enable us to answer more questions during the course of the session. In addition, we will post all the questions and answers to our Web site.

If you would like to submit a question, send an e-mail to AE_EDI@wellpoint.com. Please be aware that we will not respond directly to your e-mail, but rather address your inquiry during the course of the teleconferences.

Network vendors will be scheduling additional training sessions. Dates and times will be posted to our Web site.
