Services contact centers. Customer Care representatives will not
be taking any live calls during the training times listed; however,
the IVR will still be available. Notable exceptions to this in December
are the EDC Transition "Dark Days" as indicated under
the Training Times column. During Dark Days, no live calls will
be handled, and the IVR will be down all day.
