Part A Electronic Remittance Issues
National Government Services has been experiencing problems with the ANSI X12 835 Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) files since a FISS release was installed on April 5, 2008. ERA files for check dates after April 8 are affected.

Known issues include: multiple ERA files for a provider on a given date, no ERA files delivered, and delivered files failing ANSI 835 guidelines. National Government Services and FISS are working to correct the issues. We are hopeful that all missing files will be available for download on Monday, April 14, 2008. Please continue to monitor our Web site and Listserv for updated information.

Please do not call the NGS EDI Help Desk about these ERA issues. We will post updates to our Web sites and via the Listserv process.
