EDI Help Desk E-Mail Inquiry Form is Now Available To better serve our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Customers, National Government Services has developed an EDI Help Desk E-Mail Inquiry Form. This form should be used when assistance is needed with EDI issues or inquiries. The form will be completed and submitted on-line directly to Medicare Part A or Part B based on the Web site accessed. Please complete all required information and click on “Submit.” National Government Services will send an automated acknowledgement to the e-mail address provided stating that the inquiry was received. All e-mail inquiries will receive a response within three (3) business days of receipt.
