New EDI E-mail Address

Starting the week of April 14, 2008, National Government Services Medicare Part B providers who sent e-mails to NGS.EDI.B@anthem.com may have experienced receiving a message back stating that message was undeliverable.  National Government Services experienced technical issues with that mailbox.  To resolve these technical issues, National Government Services EDI Department had to create a new mailbox for both the Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B providers to send their EDI-related inquiries.

Effective immediately, the new e-mail address for Medicare Part B providers is:
NGS_EDI_PartB@Wellpoint.com

Effective Monday, April 28, 2008, the new e-mail address for Medicare Part A providers is:
NGS_EDI_PartA@Wellpoint.com

National Government Services EDI Department apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
