Correction to Local Coverage Determination (LCD) Summary

In the November 2006 Medicare Information Resource (MIR) an article was published titled “Local Coverage Determination (LCD) Summary.” In that article, the effective date for the LCD Coverage of Drugs for Labeled and Off-Labeled Indications was listed as December 15, 2006. The correct effective date is December 16, 2006.
