Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
National Government Services, Inc. Medicare Part A has an Interactive Voice Response application to assist you in answering a number of questions.
The Main Menu Options are listed below:
- Eligibility
- Claim Status
- Checks
- Remittance Statements
- I have a Question
The telephone number for the IVR is 1-877-567-7205. We encourage you to take advantage of the IVR.
