• EMPIRE OMNIPRO^sm MEDICARE PART A ELECTRONIC BULLETINS

  This section provides a listing of Medicare Part A electronic bulletins along with a description of their content.
  

  Once you select a bulletin, if attachments are noted, the attachment can be selected. This will link to available Empire OMNIPRO^sm manuals. The sections noted in the bulletin can then be downloaded, if needed.

   

• EMPIRE OMNIPRO^sm MEDICARE PART B ELECTRONIC BULLETINS

  This section provides a listing of Medicare Part B electronic bulletins along with a description of their content.

   

• SCHEDULE OF EMPIRE OMNIPRO^sm PHONE SUPPORT, NORMAL HOURS OF OPERATION, AND SCHEDULED SYSTEM AVAILABILITY

  This section provides the hours customer support areas are available, including the phone number to call if help is needed and a schedule for Empire OMNIPRO^sm system availability.

  This section provides information on EFT. EFT allows for claim payments to be electronically transferred to a provider's bank in place of a hardcopy check mailed to the facility.
