IT and Network Services
ECC provides planning, design, installation, integration, support services, and outsource services for LAN/WAN switches, routers, firewalls and wireless communication. We work with telecom carriers, Cable TV, utilities, wireless companies and other entities to provide cost-effective scaleable backbone network solutions.
ECC plans, designs and manages ATM, SONET, Gigabit Ethernet, OCX, DS3, DS1, xDSL, cable modem, ISDN, frame relay, and VOIP WAN environments. We also develop network security policies and procedures.
ECC supports the development and management of Novell, Microsoft, UNIX, LINUX, Citrix and Apple network operating systems. We support our clients in the procurement, installation and support of file servers, web servers, e-mail servers, application servers, workstations, printers and peripherals.

Connectivity Options
ECC will provide connectivity to Empire via the Internet using hardware and software that is installed at the facility. Submitters are responsible for their own line connection to the Internet.
Line Speeds
Utilizing the existing IP connection, speed is deter-mined by a submitter’s hardware configuration.

- Submitter is responsible for their TN3270 emulation software
- Batch claim submitters are responsible for their own claim creation software*
