Empire e-Link™ - File transfers between Empire and their submitters are accomplished using HTTP technology software, Empire e-Link™
BlueZone™ - Interactive access to payer claim systems is provided through TN3270 emulation using BlueZone™ software by Seagull Software Systems, Inc.
Batch claim submitters are responsible for their own claim creation software, (See PC-ACE offer)
