PC-ACE Printing Claims for Part A
|
Hardcopy claims can be printed with the UB92 claim form on plain paper. If you prefer you can also print claims on a UB92 pre-printed form.
It is necessary to have Adobe Reader version 4.0 or higher if you want to print the UB92 claim form with your claim information. Adobe Reader is usually included with the Windows operating system. If your PC doesn’t have Adobe Reader you can download it for free at www.Adobe.com.

Preferences
PC-ACE will normally recognize Adobe Reader when PC-ACE is installed.
If it doesn’t, let PC-ACE know where Adobe Reader is located using the following procedure.
- From PC-ACE’s Main Menu select File
- Under File click on Preferences
- Select the Misc tab
- Enter the Drive and Directory location and Program name of Acrobat Reader (click on the box to the right to browse)
- Next, select the Printing tab then the Claim Form tab
- Click on the Image Overlay button to enable form printing
- Click on OK to save your changes

Printing Claims
You have to be in PC-ACE’s Claim List to print claims.
- Right-click on a claim to select it and to see the Action menu
- Left-click on Print Selected Claim
- To print multiple claims left-click on the white box to the far left of each claim that you want to print to place a check mark in the box
- After you have finished selecting all the claims you want to print, right-click anywhere on your screen to display the Action Menu and left-click on Print All Checked Claims
