Downloading the PC-ACE Pro32 File

You can either download the PC-ACE Pro32 file from the Web site or you can purchase the CD for a nominal shipping and handling fee. You will find links to download or order a CD at the bottom of this page.

If you download PC-ACE you will be asked for your Medicare provider number and your ZIP code to verity that Empire is your Medicare carrier.

When you download PC-ACE and you click on either Full Installation or update the instructions remain the same.

There are two versions of the PC-ACE Pro32 INSTALLATION Program.

• Setup.exe is the full installation of PC-ACE, for the new PC-ACE users
• Pcaceup.exe is the upgrade for providers who already have PC-ACE and want to upgrade to the most recent release. Upgrades to PC-ACE are available on an as-needed basis and submitters will be notified through the listserv.

After you copy the appropriate PC-ACE installation program to your desktop, double-click on the PC-ACE installation icon to begin the installation process. You will be asked for a password to continue. New users can call our
NGS EDI Help Desk for the password at 1-877-273-4EDI (1-877-273-4334).

After installation, an icon to start PC-ACE Pro32 will be installed on your desktop and a menu item named MedLink Technologies PC-ACE Pro32 will be added to your Windows Program entry on your Start Menu.
