There are a few things that you have to do before you can use PC-ACE. First, you have to enter information into PC-ACE to identify the following two entities, in the order shown.
Submitter – Found under the Codes/Misc tab in Reference File Maintenance, this identifies who will be
submitting claims to Empire Medicare Services.
Provider – What provider or providers will you be submitting claims for?
| Enter the above information by selecting the icon with the yellow folder, on the main menu, for Reference File Maintenance. |

You will then see the Reference File Maintenance screen.
You would begin setting up PC-ACE by adding the Submitter information to the Reference File.
To do this, left-click on the Codes/Misc tab, then left-click on the Submitter button.
