PC Print software is available to Institutional Providers, who have Empire Medicare Services as their Fiscal Intermediary. PC Print version 3.6.0 supports translation of all 835 remittance versions except 3030M.

The Windows environment has limitations on the size of a data file used in PC Print. It has been determined that a data file with greater than approximately 80,000 segments will not appropriately process in this PC Print software.

If you currently have an earlier version of PC Print installed on your computer, you must first uninstall that version before installing this version of PC Print. To uninstall PC Print, click on the Window’s Start button. Click on Settings then Control Panel. From the Control Panel screen, double click on Add/Remove Programs. Highlight PC Print, then click on Add/Remove then click Yes. Click on OK.

If you prefer to order a CD installation, download the software order form by clicking on View Order Form (PDF format). Print the form, complete and mail along with your check to the address indicated on the form.

What’s new in this release…
PC Print V3.6.0 was modified to translate National Provider Identifier (NPI) data. The software will now process a new service provider name loop 2100, when NM101 is equal to '82', entity id code qualifier, and NM108 is equal to 'XX'. The NPI number will be populated in NM109. A new field for the NPI number has also been added to both the All Claims and Single Claims Reports.

Click on the PC Print 3.6.0 Upgrade link below Click on Save Select a folder on your PC to save the upgrade to and click SAVE Click on OPEN FOLDER when the Download complete message is displayed From the folder you downloaded the software to, open the pcprint.exe file Click on UNZIP (you will receive a message: 15 files unzipped successfully) Click OK then click CLOSE on the WINZIP window Open folder c:\V3_6_0 Open the PC Print.msi file Follow the InstallShield Wizard instruction on your screen A shortcut icon will be created called Pcp01.exe (located in c:\V3_6_0\program files\PC Print) that may be dragged to the desktop
